These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Dreamscapes by Leslie, LLC website and purchases made through it. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dreamscapes by Leslie, LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, misuse its content, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. Colors and image appearance may vary because of differences in screens, printing methods, materials, cropping, and product dimensions. Handmade and custom products may also have minor variations that do not affect their intended use.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, the customer offers to purchase the selected products under these terms. An order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

We may decline or cancel an order because of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, product unavailability, an inability to complete a requested customization, or another reasonable business concern. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Custom, Personalized, and Engraved Products

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, spelling, wording, layout, and other details shown in a proof.

Approval of a proof authorizes Dreamscapes by Leslie, LLC to submit the design for production. Changes may not be possible after approval or after production has begun. Custom, personalized, and engraved products are final sale except when they arrive damaged or defective, do not match the approved proof, or contain an error made by Dreamscapes by Leslie, LLC or its production provider.

Customer-Provided Content

When a customer provides names, wording, photographs, artwork, logos, or other content for a custom order, the customer confirms that they own the content or have permission to use it.

The customer gives Dreamscapes by Leslie, LLC permission to use that content only as reasonably necessary to design, produce, communicate about, and fulfill the order. We may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, and custom orders are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms and Conditions.

The photographs, logos, designs, text, graphics, product images, and other original content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Dreamscapes by Leslie, LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Nothing on this website transfers ownership or grants permission to copy, download, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, remove watermarks from, or commercially use our photographs or other content without prior written permission.

Our photographs and content may not be used to train artificial-intelligence systems, machine-learning models, image generators, or similar technologies without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

This website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, website providers, and outside portfolio pages. We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or independent actions of third-party services. Their own terms and policies may apply.
